遭遇流氓(续)
前篇叙述了检察官以破坏财产罪 (vandalism)起诉了无故扎我们车的邮差，经过几个月的审理，法官判邮差缓刑三年，条件是赔偿受害人的损失，并进行心理治疗，包括参加愤怒管控(anger control)学习班. 随后检察官给我们寄来了被害人赔偿表，包括财产，医疗，薪水及其他损失，我们只有修车和薪水损失，加起来5000多美金。上个星期在法庭举行了赔偿听证会， 我们第一次见到了这个邮差，是个四十来岁男性墨裔，偏胖，给人感觉并不像个坏人。在法官到庭之前，法庭分配给我们的律师同对方律师进行了交涉，双方达成支 付协议，开庭时，将协议呈交给法官，法官问我们，原告每月付我们200美金，直到付清五千多美金为止，是否可以？我们告诉他太少，至少每月付500美 金，法官算了一下，他要付抚养费，心理学习班，还有其它的损失，他自己也要生活费，说可能只能付200美金，半年后再次听证时，根据执行情况看能不能再增加，我们也只好同意。其间，我们的律师告诉我们要被告将200美元用汇票寄给我们公司地址，不告诉银行账号及我们的住家地址 。法官最后警告，如果被告没有按时支付，要我们立即报告给我方律师或检察官, 他会判被告关进监狱，被告听后竟然大笑，这时我们才真正觉到这个邮差有病！
这件事进展如此，是一个还可以接受的结果。其实人生活在社会上，有各种烦恼，压力和不如意，每个人的解脱方法不同，但正常人不会用建立在别人的痛苦和财产损失上的方法来解脱，象邮差这样的长期用破坏别人财产的方法来发泄，应该是有病。除了法律的惩罚外，有病就应该治疗，治病才能救人，我想这也是法官的出发点。另外, 受害人也没必要再停留或纠缠在这种人生中的小机率事件中，往前看，才能享受人生的美好。

I ordered the large size and it took 17 days to get to the US! Very quick! I did not need to contact the seller for any reason so I cannot review their timeliness…however, the quality of the bag is outstanding for the price! I would highly recommend this bag from this seller. See my pics! Only thing I can point out is the overlap of the V stitching on the front, otherwise everything is fantastic. Overall I am satisfied. I ordered this 6/25, it arrived 8/1. It took about 2 weeks longer than any other items I ordered at the same time, and shipping details were only updated 2-3 times so I was worried I would never get my item. Packages in red velvet bag, with authenticity card.
Authenticity card is garbage, it has all kinds of errors on it. I don’t really care about the card though, so no big deal. The gold color is beautiful and the necklace ring is exactly the same size as a quarter. The outside edge is engraved with Cartier 750 CRD MM 235539. The clasp is also engraved with Cartier 750. The only problem I see is on the back of the ring. The word LOVE is incorrect the crossbar in the O should not touch the sides. Other than that error, the necklace is very pretty and I would happily order again… just make sure you don’t need it for a long time.
